Marco Maisano
Marco Maisano is the powerhouse behind MFC360 and ISAM360. A former professional footballer turned award-winning CEO, Marco brings over 20 years of experience in football, education, and international development.
Leaving school at 16 to chase his dream, Marco signed his first professional football contract early. By age 25, his career ended prematurely—without education or support. That pivotal moment sparked the creation of ISAM360, and later, MFC360.
Since 2006, Marco has empowered thousands of student-athletes across Africa to succeed beyond sport—delivering scholarships, international access, and life-changing opportunities.
